Fees
Canadian academic institutions usually set their own fees, but generally, business courses are less expensive to study than the national average.
Compared to undergraduate study, postgraduate fees are lower but depend on the program you’re taking.
Canadian visa requirements state you must have a certain amount of money, depending on the city you want to study in. You should have a budget prepared for all the things you’ll need while studying. This includes books, phone bill, internet/TV package, transport, food, and more.
Working
You may want to work to support yourself, alongside studying. Students who hold a study permit may be able to work either on-campus or off without applying for a work visa too. Please bear in mind that this option only allows you to work part-time which equates to 20 hours of work a week.
However, over your holidays, you can work full-time if you wish to do so. Some TSoM programmes include a co-op option which means in this case, a work visa will be necessary.
