Hosted by the University of Auckland, New Zealand, the 21st International Conference on Knowledge, Culture and Change in Organizations will be held virtually from 15 to 16 January 2021. The focus will be on: ‘Preparing Organizations for New Digital Futures: New Rules of Engagement for the Fourth Industrial Revolution?’.
During the conference, four themes will be covered: organizational tangibles and tangible values, knowledge economics as the constant, organizations as knowledge makers and the value of culture and the demand of change. Janki will be focusing on organizational culture and change.
