Dr. Janki Shah, Academic Manager at Toronto School of Management, has recently received her Ph.D. in Business Management from Capella University, Minneapolis, United States.
Dr. Janki Shah has over a decade of experience in accounting, taxation, teaching, and management consultation. She has been a Senior Consultant for Zenith Business Solutions and assists small businesses by providing training to their staff to become more efficient by developing strategies and incorporating the change needed for operational efficiency and work culture.
In her teaching approaches, she uses interactive teaching strategies in order to assess if students have truly mastered a concept. She also uses real-life examples and application-based learning to enhance the learning experience.
Dr. Janki Shah has been awarded the “Emerging Scholar” award for two years in a row, 2020 and 2021 for her research expertise in the field of organizational studies.
